Bathing indications
The inn lists general bathing indications including bruises, sprains, stiff shoulders, frozen shoulder, neuralgia, post-illness recovery and fatigue. These are facility-published indications, not a promise of medical benefit.
From September 4 to 18, 2026, maintenance applies to the lodging-only men's outdoor bath Chikusan-sui, not the day-use Takimian bath. The 47 steps may be difficult for visitors with mobility or knee concerns.
How to read a bath profile
Spring-source temperature and actual bathing temperature are kept separate. Each score is shown independently for comparison rather than collapsed into one overall score.
