Sarugakyo Onsen Mantenboshi-no-Yu
Mantenboshi-no-Yu is a convenient all-in-one stop if you want Lake Akaya views, sauna, rest space and food alongside the bath. It is not suitable for anyone with a tattoo or body paint under the facility's entry rule.

- A standard three-hour visit costs ¥950 for adults and ¥700 for children. Weekday hours are 10:00–20:00, last admission 19:00; weekends and public holidays run 10:00–21:00, last admission 20:00. Closed Tuesdays unless Tuesday is a public holiday.
- Tattoo policy
- Entry is refused for guests with tattoos, tattoo stickers or body paint. A private bath does not override the facility-wide entry rule.

- The facility uses Sarugakyo Onsen water in its Sato-no-Yu and Tanabata-no-Yu baths. At closing, the facility says it drains and cleans all pools before filling them again. Current official text does not publish each pool's water-addition, heating, circulation or disinfection details, so the baths are not described uniformly as free-flowing.
Bathing indications
The facility lists general bathing indications including neuralgia, muscle pain, arthritis, frozen shoulder, sensitivity to cold, fatigue, cuts and burns. These are not treatment guarantees.
Three-hour admission is ¥950 for adults and ¥700 for children. Closed Tuesdays unless a public holiday. Tattoos, tattoo stickers and body paint are prohibited; mixed bathing with someone of the opposite sex is not allowed for children of elementary-school age and older.
