Nosegawa, Nara Prefecture

Hotel Nosegawa Day-Use Onsen

A rewarding stop if your drive already takes you through Nosegawa or south of Koyasan: ¥800 gets you a strongly alkaline sulfur spring in a quiet mountain setting. It is not a sensible out-and-back from Nara City just for a bath.

Check before bathing

Opening hours
Day use 11:00–18:30. In September 2026, temporary closures were listed for the 7th, 14th and 28th; the 21st had special opening hours. Check same-day operations before a long drive.
