- Conditional. The facility generally refuses guests with tattoos. Entry is allowed only when every design is fully covered with the facility's paid cover stickers, each measuring 6.5 × 10.5 cm, with no more than two stickers per design. Do not assume an exception if these conditions are not met.

- The public baths use natural hot-spring water, with water addition, heating and circulation filtration stated by the facility. The private family baths are not hot-spring baths. The hotel-top-floor Sky Open-Air Bath is also not a hot spring and is not part of ordinary Spa Garden day admission.
Bathing indications
The facility lists spring-specific indications including cuts, peripheral circulation problems, sensitivity to cold and dry skin, alongside general bathing indications for chronic muscle or joint discomfort. These are not treatment guarantees.
Renovation closure began on 31 March 2025; the operator announced reopening on 1 October 2026. Announced adult day rates after reopening are ¥2,420 on weekdays, ¥2,860 on weekends and public holidays, and ¥3,190 on peak dates; after 17:00, ¥2,090, plus bathing tax. Official pages disagree on whether opening time is 09:00 or 10:00, so confirm after reopening. Children aged 7 or older, or at least 120 cm tall, must use the bath for their own gender.
