Water handling
The facility identifies the outdoor natural-spring bath and the long indoor bath as natural hot-spring pools. Its high-concentration carbonated bath is artificially carbonated, and the Soisei bath uses natural minerals; neither should be confused with the natural spring. Full water-treatment details are not published for each pool.

Bathing indications

The facility lists general bathing indications including neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, frozen shoulder, sensitivity to cold, fatigue, cuts and burns. This is not a medical treatment guarantee.

Children below elementary-school age, wheelchair users and people who have difficulty walking or bathing independently are currently not admitted. Tattoos, tattoo stickers, paint and seals are not allowed. Towel set rental is generally ¥345.
