Kutsuki, Takashima, Shiga Prefecture

Kutsuki Onsen Tenkuu

Worth considering if your trip already takes you through Takashima, Kutsuki or the Saba Kaido route. The former Ki-no-yu and Ishi-no-yu wings have been suspended since 24 May 2026, so do not count them as available baths; a dedicated car-free trip is less straightforward.
