Yamasemi is for drivers who specifically want a quieter forest-park setting and a different spring from Ryujin Onsen proper. Its limited and changing schedule makes it a poor choice without a same-day confirmation.

Water handling
The Onsen Association lists a combination of circulation filtration and free-flowing water, with no added water. Heating is used to maintain a comfortable temperature, and sodium hypochlorite is used for sanitation. The bath is cleaned daily.

The standard April–October schedule is superseded by the March 30, 2026 limited-hours notice unless a newer notice says otherwise. The latest checked written notice limited opening to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; September resumption was unconfirmed. Prices conflict at ¥700 and ¥800 for adults. Confirm hours and admission directly before travelling.
