The facility and Hagi tourism sources describe the alkaline simple spring as “beauty water.” This is general tourism language, not a personal cosmetic or treatment guarantee.
Hagi City says the spring is heated before supply. The facility separately describes the open-air pool as receiving spring water at about 35°C. Other pool-by-pool conditions are not published.
From 1 July 2026, admission is ¥700 for adults, ¥300 for elementary-school children and ¥100 for younger children. Older ¥550 references are not used as the current general visitor price.
