- Public bath 06:00–22:00. The facility generally opens daily, with about two full-cleaning closures each year, usually in July and December. Private family baths 08:00–21:00; last booking 20:00 and reservations are required.

Bathing indications
The facility lists general indications including neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, and fatigue. Drinking spring water is available only at the designated drinking fountain; bottled spring water sold for home use is for bathing. No medical effect is guaranteed.
Keep the public bath's Machi-no-Yu spring separate from the private bath's Shono-yu spring. The 41.3°C and 36.4°C figures are source temperatures, not fixed bath temperatures. Even with generally daily operation, full-cleaning closures occur; check the latest calendar.
