Taishokaku's fifth-floor bath combines an indoor and outdoor area with a small pool fed by its 17–18°C radium spring. The main bath is heated to about 40°C. Day visitors can walk in from 11:00, but overnight guests take priority after 15:00 and busy days may have no admission; the indoor private baths are not standard walk-in day-use facilities.

Bathing indications
The inn lists general bathing indications including neuralgia, muscle and joint pain and fatigue. This does not guarantee a treatment effect.
Simple day use is walk-in only from 11:00, with current FAQ reception until 20:30. Adult admission is ¥1,600 on weekdays and ¥1,800 on weekends, public holidays and busy periods. Overnight guests have priority after 15:00; the inn may limit admission.
