COCOFURO Kagayokujo in Oji: Music and Silent Auto-Aufguss
Plan COCOFURO Kagayokujo in Oji: ¥600 entry, a ¥300 sauna add-on, music and silent auto-aufguss slots, hours and station access.
Kagayokujo is a good fit if you want to try a high-heat music sauna without paying for a full-scale spa. The entry fee is the regular public-bath rate; sauna is an extra ¥300. Its useful distinction is the timetable: music sessions take place at :00 and :30, with silent auto-aufguss at :15 and :45. “Silent” means no music, not a milder sauna.
Plan around the session clock, not a song list
The sauna runs music auto-aufguss twice an hour and silent auto-aufguss twice an hour. Steam and hot air are part of both. If music is the part you want to avoid, choose :15 or :45; if intense heat and airflow are the concern, a silent slot will not solve that. The playlist and any special programming can change, so check current notices rather than planning around an old song schedule.
The cold bath is about 90 cm deep. That is its depth, not a fixed water temperature. Use the steps carefully, especially after a hot sauna, and shorten or skip the cold plunge if the temperature shift does not suit you.
The baths are varied, but this is not a natural hot spring
The regular entry includes three baths: Hana-no-yu, using natural hot-spring mineral deposits from Okuhida; Iro-no-yu, which changes with herbal or bath additives; and the cold bath. The mineral deposits are an additive, not proof that Kagayokujo has its own natural spring source. Its public information does not establish a natural spring or provide a source-water analysis.
There are a few options for non-sauna visitors, though the facility is a neighbourhood sento rather than a resort spa. For a natural spring, compare Hisamatsuyu in Sakuradai; for a lower sauna surcharge by a different rail line, see COCOFURO Takanoyu.

The bathhouse opens 6 a.m.–midnight, with last entry at 11:30 p.m. It closes on the third Tuesday in March, May, September and November. JR Oji Station is about a seven-minute walk away. The route climbs a slope toward Oji-Honcho, so the station-to-door leg can feel longer with a suitcase or on a hot day. There is no standard large-luggage storage service listed.
The facility prohibits phone use in the changing rooms and bathing area, and children aged seven or older may not bathe with a person of the opposite sex. Tattoo rules are not clearly stated in the current public information; ask the bathhouse if you need a definite answer.
