SPA EAS Yokohama: Is the 2026 Reopening Worth the Day-Use Price?
Compare SPA EAS’s ¥4,400 weekday full-entry ticket with its ¥2,500 two-hour Sauna Plan 120, five minutes from Yokohama Station.
Checked: September 27, 2026
SPA EAS reopened on July 28, 2026, after a renovation. It kept its natural onsen and rebuilt the visit around a shared video sauna, lounge areas, a terrace, dining and coworking. That broader stay is what the full ticket buys; if all you need is a bath and sauna, the weekday short plan is easier on the budget.
Choose between the two-hour plan and full entry
| Ticket | Weekday | Weekend and special day | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full spa entry | ¥4,400 (about HK$221 / NT$899) | ¥5,200 (about HK$262 / NT$1,062) | All areas, loungewear and towel set |
| Web-member full entry | ¥4,000 (about HK$201 / NT$817) | ¥4,800 (about HK$241 / NT$981) | Same full-area access; free membership registration |
| Sauna Plan 120 | ¥2,500 (about HK$126 / NT$511) | Not listed | 120 minutes in the bath and dining areas; towel set only |
The short plan is not a discounted version of the whole building. It excludes loungewear and access to the wider lounge, terrace, coworking and relaxation areas.
| Sauna Plan 120 extension | Price |
|---|---|
| Each additional 30 minutes | ¥950 (about HK$48 / NT$194) |
| Maximum extension | ¥1,900 (about HK$96 / NT$388) |
If you expect to eat, rest and use the shared spaces, compare the full ticket instead.
The full-entry fee is cashless only. Cards, electronic money and QR payments are accepted, but cash is not. The facility runs from 9:30 am to 11 pm, last admission is 10 pm and the baths close at 10:30 pm. The attached Times car park closes at 11 pm, so drivers should leave enough time to change and retrieve the car before the exit closes.
The renovated areas are for lingering
The public baths remain gender-separated, while SAUNA IMMERSIA is a co-ed, wide-screen sauna with scheduled heat-wave events. Other shared areas include VALO TERRACE, three lounges, a heated stone-bath zone and coworking space. Free Wi-Fi is available, with power outlets in selected areas. The restaurant and cafe have their own service hours, so a late admission does not mean a late full meal.
The bath area has an amber-colored natural hot spring. Choose SPA EAS for the whole city-spa setup—bath, sauna, terrace, lounges, dining and coworking—rather than for detailed spring chemistry.
Check the hard entry limits first
Guests must be at least 16 years old; adults cannot bring younger children in. Tattoos, body art, paint and stickers are not allowed, including for restaurant-only visits. Cover stickers are not accepted, so check the entry rules before travelling with anyone affected.
Location is SPA EAS’s clearest advantage. It is on floors five and six of Hamabowl Building, a five-minute walk from the west exit of Yokohama Station or three minutes from municipal subway Exit 9. The nearby Times garage has 124 spaces and gives SPA EAS users a parking discount, but it is open only 7 am–11 pm and vehicles cannot enter or leave outside those hours.
For a lower-cost bathhouse with early opening and a station-side location, compare Yokohama Spa Hills Ryusenji no Yu. The Yokohama day-use onsen overview also compares Tsunashima’s dark spring and Yuttari COco’s private family bath.
